Very aesthetic specimen of Azurite with Malachite from Sepon Laos. The Azurite crystals are small but very sharp, deep blue and highly lustrous with numerous crystals scattered all over the piece. The Malachite is fibrous with a deep bottle green colour and a nice chatoyance. Great contrasting combination! You don’t see a lot of these on the marketplace and many were misrepresented Chinese specimens. This specimen originated from a miner who worked at the mine so I know the provenance is good!
