A complexly modified, sharp Gold crystal cluster from a recent small find in Georgetown Queensland. This specimen is comprised of twinned Octahedron and dodecahedron Gold crystals with skeletal growth and a hackly texture. The colour and lustre are amazing on this piece.
All of these specimens appear to be Supergene Gold and were collected from an area no more than 50cm in diameter and just over a metre deep.
Measures 8 x 6 x 5mm and weighs 0.67 grams.
