Cabinet sized specimen of Rhodochrosite on Massive sphalerite with Pyrite, Hubnerite and Quartz from the Sweet Home Mine, Colorado. The cleavages of Rhodochrosite are a deep pink / red in colour and have gemmy areas throughout. On the back of the specimen there are a couple of Hubnerite crystals up to 20mm in length and several Bright Pyrites.
