An interesting Crocoite specimen from the Adelaide mine. This piece is a vug with numerous sharp, deep red crocoite crystals which have a spear head habit. It appears to be from the clay pocket which is in the lower levels of the Adelaide mine and worked in the early 1990’s. You just don’t see many around with this type of crystal structure.
